Draft placeholder

Terms of use

This draft records the intended structure of Delta's terms while the product, competition rules, operator details, and regulatory position are finalised.

The service

Delta Play is the initial free-coin forecasting experience. Features may be introduced progressively, and displayed probabilities may be indicative until executable prediction placement is enabled.

Accounts and eligibility

The final terms will define minimum age, location, identity requirements, account security obligations, prohibited users, and any additional eligibility rules for a competition round.

Delta Coins

Initial Delta Play coins are free participation units. They cannot currently be purchased, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed, or represented as money, earnings, or an investment.

Markets and resolution

Each market is governed by its published question, close time, resolution criteria, official source, and fallback rule. The final terms will define correction, suspension, cancellation, voiding, and dispute processes.

Competitions and prizes

A competition or prize will be governed by separate published rules covering entry, scoring, eligibility, timing, prize details, ties, verification, and exclusions. Valuable prizes will not be activated before the required review.

Acceptable use

Users must not manipulate markets, coordinate abusive activity, automate access without permission, exploit errors, impersonate others, or use Delta in breach of applicable law.

Future money-based products

A future money-based Delta product would be separate from the initial Delta Play experience and would launch only after the necessary legal, regulatory, operational, and product approvals.

Liability, changes, and disputes

Final reviewed terms will address service availability, changes, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, suspension and termination, governing law, complaints, and dispute resolution.

This page is a product-design placeholder and is not a final legal document. Operator details, effective dates, contacts, jurisdiction-specific disclosures, and reviewed terms must be added before launch.
